Charms

Charms can refer specifically to objects of luck. It can also refer to smaller decorative items which are attached to a bracelet. Such a bracelet would be known specifically as a "charm" bracelet.

Lucky charms come in many different forms. These include amulets, touch pieces, and painted pebbles. Such items have been valued throughout history for their ability to protect wearers, cure disease, and bring good luck.

The charms used on bracelets may have the same concepts associated with them. More often, they are often chosen simply to reflect aspects of the wearer's life and interests. One bracelet will generally hold many decorative pendants and trinkets.
